ABOUT ALONSO MAXIMO

Alonso Máximo is a fashion designer whose great passion, love and dedication has led him standing to continue working for his dreams. Originally from the state of Oaxaca, in Mexico, he was born on September 15, 1986; And, from a very young age, he had a taste for sewing, manifesting it in children's games with his cousins, where he already saw himself as a designer and made dresses for them. For those same times, I enjoyed watching the most important beauty pageant in the world, while dreaming that one day I would be there parading.

At the tender age of 10, while helping an aunt with her beauty salon, he developed what he considers another talent: women’s taste. Some time later, when he was 12 years old, while he saw an aunt making a dressmaking, his taste for this activity grew more strongly, and it was there that he began to create his own designs leading him to take this hobby seriously and at the age of 13 he began with his first sewing course.

Alonso has been dedicated to his passion for a decade, which is design; Although it was not easy: two years working in the business, but professionally three years have passed, since his name was announced in 2018, in Miss Universe pageant, until now.

He took the initiative to make his business his own brand and be the one who makes the decisions. At this moment he is in the place that everyone wants: to be recognized and be greeted by people when walking down the streets.

In 2018 and 2019 his career took a leap, he toured the 25 states of the American Union and was positioned in full view of the world, he was invited for the first time in 2019 to the West New York Fashion Week in NY, something unexpected, but very rewarding for him.

Alonso Máximo has expressed feeling very proud to have a work team and considers that it is for this reason that together they have had great and very satisfactory achievements like having their designs in Miss Universe, which is one of the most important beauty pageants in the world, as well as going to West New York Fashion Week, where he also dressed the group La Energía Norteña.

He knows that dreams do not end and there’s a long way to go, because he is convinced that with effort and much perseverance, everything can be achieved.
