FMNYC - Kristhel your Life Curriculum, which includes: Performing arts, dance, poetry, mentoring, lectures, jewelry designer and still works on behalf of the needy in your Foundation, tells a little how you divide into so many women? KRISTHEL - I always enjoyed exercising all the gifts and talents I received from the breeder! And I was always motivated by my maternal grandfather, I thought it was great that I imitate people, dance and so on. I would like to make people admire me! I learned to take care of others, even as a child, this is one of the gifts that came from God, such as compassion and generosity. The FEC Foundation (Faith, Hope and Charity), was a great mission that God entrusted to my hands, I believe that we must know each other and discover our sources! These gifts and talents are being brought out, when you seek and want, we are inexhaustible sources! My restless soul always made me seek more and more! And always time is elastic when it moves, we need to be moving! Time obeys.
FMNYC - Of all these activities that you practice on a daily basis, which one is your biggest passion, what do you like the most? KRISTHEL - I like to perform, and everything I do brings my soul together! I love living and the arts have a lot to do with my poetic and romantic creativity, creating, writing, helping others, producing, directing others. The beautiful, polishing lives and bringing the primacy of things fascinates me! The human being is my biggest challenge. A great work is to cut lives. The art of teaching and learning.
FMNYC - You worked on TV alongside big names such as: Humberto Martins, Zezé Motta, Chico Anísio, directed by renowned directors such as Wolf Maya, Oswaldo Loureiro, Roberto Talma and other famous ones, what balance do you make of your acting career? KRISTHEL - I love acting! I like to experience other stories, entertain people, build a character, dive into an imaginary and real universe because it comes alive when you lend your life to it. And each of the directors made me see what actually existed inside of me. One of the directors who demanded the most from me was Walter Avancini! It was very strong to experience the Emereiana Caldeira Brants. Who is an actress does not stop being an actress, I am an actress and I use my talents to give the lectures I created to bring out what is already inside! In this way I can help people to see values and colors in the darkness of their pain and trauma and thus Co-create a new story. Today I teach in my mentorships, theatrical techniques to get people out of the box. Everything I learned from several theater, film and television directors, I use as support in my method of personal and professional development. In life, everything is a learning experience.
FMNYC - With the pandemic, TV is becoming streaming and theater is going to sessions sold to the public on online platforms, how do you see the future of the arts? KRISTHEL - I see it as a great revolution, the technology is there, to multiply the results and bring other opportunities and scenic perspectives. But the actor or the actress will always have their merit and challenge, such as taking the stage every day, no day of performance is the same, even if the lines are repeated in the text! The audience is the soul of our shows, and this sound of the audience, this vision of the audience can never die in the artist. Virtual shows take us to the past, and make us resize in a new way, but performing arts can't stop! Today the limelight has several sides, which are the cameras recording the show, and the theatrical interpretation must be adaptable, if it's good I don't know... I just know that all of us, the professionals, had to reinvent ourselves! Co-create a new way of exercising our trades. Life is a great challenge, and in this war many were wounded and others strengthened. In the crisis that the great and surprising projects are born. we are all capable.
FMNYC - When you discovered that you had a talent for jewelry designer, how is your work in the segment? KRISTHEL - I always liked to make my jewelry when I was still young and a model, I was inspired by some magazine I saw or Hollywood divas. My gift was born there in Miami, when I was pregnant with my daughter Rebeca, I was 6 months pregnant and my husband, at the time, abandoned me and came to Brazil. I slept on the floor crying a lot because I didn't know what I was going to do. I slept there lying on a blue carpet... I had a dream where I would put both my hands into a water fountain and come out with my hands full of precious stones. And I woke up hearing a voice saying: Take paper and pencil and I'll teach you what you're going to do. I got up feeling dizzy and went to get a red mouth pencil, 1 blue eye pencil and another black pencil. I went back to that place that was lying around and I started to draw. I felt a lot of joy and emotion. I went back to Brasília, where I lived and told a jeweler friend! She was moved and said: I'm going to make this collection and I'll give you 30% of what I sell, you help me to promote it. Then I told this story to Hebe Camargo and she launched the collection on the program. And so my gift was born, which translates your feelings into noble metals and precious stones. Mystery of God! FMNYC - How did you decide to study and dedicate yourself to the universe of online mentoring, lectures, and Personal coaching, how does your work in this area work? What is your audience?
KRISTHEL - For 18 years I dedicated myself to jewelry and exhibitions in Brazil and abroad. And I no longer made jewelry. I was disappointed with the art jewelry store. In 2017, I had a big family problem, I left Brazil and went back to Miami. And once again I had serious problems with my then ex-husband. I came back from Miami destroyed, very sad! And the universe is always looking for people who open up to a new and a new beginning. As I reached into my cell phone and cried, a pain that didn't seem to go away, a message arrived, from a course at the SLAC Coaching school of LATIN AMERICAN COACHING SOCIETY. I picked up the phone and called, the attendant talked to me, I told a little of my story. She turned on a light for me at the end of the tunnel. I took the bus and went to São Paulo at school to understand better. I enrolled and got into debt for almost 3 years... But I decided to go through all the courses until I became Master Coach, during the training process.

FMNYC - Kristhel seu Currículo de vida, que inclui: Artes cênicas, dança, poesia, mentoria, palestras, designer de jóias e ainda trabalha em prol dos necessitados em sua Fundação , conta um pouco como você se divide em tantas mulheres ?
KRISTHEL - Eu sempre gostei de exercitar todos os dons e talentos que recebi do criador! E sempre fui motivada pelo meu avô materno, achava o máximo eu imitar pessoas , dançar e etc. Gostava de fazer com que as pessoas pudessem me admirar! Eu aprendi a cuidar do próximo, mesmo criança, este é um dos dons que veio de Deus, como a compaixão e a generosidade. A Fundação FEC (Fé ,Esperança e Caridade), foi uma grande missão que Deus confiou nas minhas mãos , acredito que devemos nos conhecer e descobrir em nós mananciais! Estes dons e talentos vão sendo trazidos pra fora , quando se busca e quer, somos fontes inesgotáveis! A minha alma inquieta sempre me fez buscar mais e mais! E sempre o tempo fica elástico quando se move, precisamos estar em movimento! O tempo obedece.
FMNYC - De todas estas atividades que você prática no dia a dia, qual delas é sua maior paixão, do que você mais gosta ?
KRISTHEL - Eu gosto de realizar, e tudo que eu faço trago a minha alma junto! Amo viver e as artes tem muito haver com a minha criatividade poética e romântica , criar , escrever , ajudar o próximo , produzir , dirigir o outro. O belo, lapidar vidas e trazer a primazia das coisas me fascina! O ser humano é o meu maior desafio. Uma grande obra é lapidar vidas . A arte de ensinar e aprender.
FMNYC - Você atuou na TV ao lado de grandes nomes como: Humberto Martins, Zezé Motta, Chico Anísio, foi dirigida por diretores conceituados como Wolf Maya, Oswaldo Loureiro, Roberto Talma entre outros famosos, que balanço você faz da carreira de atriz?
KRISTHEL - Eu amo atuar! Eu gosto de vivenciar outras histórias, divertir pessoas, construir uma personagem, mergulhar em um universo imaginário e real porque ele se torna vivo, quando você empresta sua vida a ele. E cada um dos diretores me fez enxergar o que de fato já existia dentro de mim. Um dos diretores que mais exigiu de mim, foi o Walter Avancini ! Foi muito forte vivenciar a Emereciana Caldeira Brants. Quem é atriz não deixa de ser atriz, sou atriz e uso meus talentos para ministrar as palestras que criei para trazer para fora o que já está dentro! Desta forma consigo ajudar as pessoas a enxergarem valores e cores na escuridão das suas dores e traumas e assim Cocriar uma nova história. Hoje eu ensino nas minhas mentorias, técnicas teatrais para tirar pessoas de dentro da caixinha. Tudo que aprendi com diversos diretores de teatro, cinema e televisão, eu uso como suporte no meu método de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional .Na vida tudo é um aprendizado.
FMNYC - Com a pandemia a TV está virando streaming e o teatro está indo para sessões vendidas aopúblico em Plataformas online, como você vê o futuro das artes?
KRISTHEL - Eu vejo como uma grande revolução , a tecnologia está aí, para multiplicar os resultados e trazer outras oportunidades e perspectivas cênicas . Mas o ator , ou a atriz sempre terão seu mérito e desafio, como o de subir ao palco todos os dias , nenhum dia de espetáculo é igual ao outro , mesmo que as falas se repitam no texto! O público é a alma dos nossos espetáculos, e este som do público, esta visão da platéia jamais poderá morrer no artista . Espetáculos virtuais nos levam ao passado, e nos faz redimensionar um novo jeito , mas a arte cênica não pode parar! Hoje a ribalta tem vários lados que são as câmeras gravando o espetáculo, e a interpretação teatral deverá ser adaptável , se é bom eu não sei...Só sei que todos nós, os profissionais, tivemos que nos reinventar! Cocriar uma nova forma de exercer nossos ofícios.A vida é um grande desafio , e nesta guerra muitos saíram feridos e outros fortalecidos . Na crise que nascem os grandes e surpreendentes projetos. Todos nós somos capazes .
FMNYC - Quando você descobriu que tinha talento para designer de jóias, como é seu trabalho no segmento?
KRISTHEL - Eu sempre gostei de fazer minhas bijuterias quando ainda jovem e modelo, me inspirava em alguma revista que eu via ou as divas de Hollywood . Meu dom nasceu lá em Miami ,quando eu estava grávida da minha filha Rebeca , estava com 6 meses de gravidez e o meu marido, na época me abandonou e veio embora para o Brasil . Eu dormi no chão chorando muito, porque eu não sabia o que iria fazer. Dormi ali jogada em um carpete azul... Eu tive um sonho, em que eu colocava as minhas duas mãos dentro de uma fonte de água e saia com as mãos cheia de pedras preciosas. E eu acordei ouvindo uma voz que dizia: Pegue papel e lápis que vou lhe ensinar o que você vai fazer. Levantei meio tonta e fui buscar um lápis vermelho de boca, 1 lápis azul de olho e outro lápis preto. Voltei para aquele lugar que estava jogada e eu comecei a desenhar. Senti muita alegria e emoção. Voltei para Brasília, onde morava e contei para uma amiga joalheira! Ela se emocionou e disse: Vou fazer esta coleção e lhe dou 30 % do que vender, você me ajuda a divulgar. Daí contei esta história para Hebe Camargo e ela lançou a coleção no programa. E assim nasceu meu dom, que traduz seus sentimentos em metais nobres e pedras preciosas. Mistério de Deus! Mistérios da terra.
FMNYC - Como foi que você decidiu estudar e se dedicar ao universo de mentorias online, palestras, e Personal coach, como funciona seu trabalho nesta área? Qual o seu público ?
KRISTHEL - Durante 18 anos me dediquei a joalheria e exposições no Brasil e fora do Brasil.E eu já não fazia jóias . Eu estava decepcionada com a joalheria de arte.Em 2017, tive um grande problema familiar, Sai do Brasil e voltei para Miami. E mais uma vez tive problemas sérios com meu então ex-marido. Voltei de Miami destruída, muito triste! E o universo sempre busca pessoas que se abrem para um novo e para um recomeço.Eu mexendo no meu celular e chorando, uma dor que parecia que não iria passar, chegou umamensagem, de um curso da escola de CoachSLAC SOCIEDADE LATINA AMERICANA DE COACHING. Eu peguei o telefone e liguei, a atendente conversou comigo , contei um pouco da minha história Ela me acendeu uma luz no final do túnel. Peguei o ônibus e fui lá em São Paulo na escola para entender melhor. Fiz a matrícula e me endividei por quase 3 anos ... Mas eu resolvi passar por todos os cursos até chegar a Master Coach , durante ao processo de capacitação.
